Get ready for the Decorated Bike Ride at the Alumni Day Parade with a one-of-a-kind bike decorating party at Whiting Library!

In this hands-on workshop, kids will transform everyday materials like streamers, pipe cleaners, felt, and cardboard into imaginative bike creations. Add flair to your handlebars and spokes, and make your own unique creation to attach to your bike. With a little creativity, you can turn your ride into something magical and unforgettable!

Kids may bring their bikes to the library where library staff will provide plenty of supplies, inspiration, and support to help them decorate. Can’t bring your bike to the library? No problem! Take some supplies from the library to decorate your bike at home. This program celebrates creativity, sustainability, and the joy of making something amazing from simple materials.
