Using The Whiting Library Telescope: Its Basic Functions, and How to Observe Celestial Objects

September 24, 2024 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

This presentation will be graphic-rich and hands-on fun. When complete, attendees should be able to confidently operate the Whiting Library Telescope and instruct others how to use it. If the sky cooperates, we’ll do a bit of observing afterward, of course.
Please notify the Library if you’re coming so we know how many chairs (and maybe snacks) to prepare.
