Get one-on-one tech help with library staff, including how to download eBooks, use library eResources, set up an email account, and perform other basic computer-related tasks. Bring your own device, or practice using a library computer.
Let Whiting Library staff assist you with learning about and troubleshooting your computers and digital devices. Together, we’ll enhance our basic computer skills, learn about productivity software, and utilize library services such as Libby, Biblio+, and Mango.
No registration required, but limited capacity. People are helped in the order of arrival. Given time limits, it is often easier to assist with specific issues and learning goals. Staff can help narrow your focus. Some goals may require multiple sessions.
The Whiting Library strives to make its programs and services accessible to all members of the community. We welcome people of all abilities. If you need accommodations to attend a program or have questions about accessibility, please contact the library in advance, and we will do our best to assist you.
