Join us for an hour of gentle stretching, breath work, and meditation. This class is perfect for beginners and experienced yogis, alike. Bring your own mat or towel (and possibly bug spray) as we plan to hold the class outdoors weather permitting.

Meet your instructor:

Telesa has practiced yoga for over 20 years and in 2020, earned her yoga teacher certification. Librarian by day, she’s had years of experience working with kids and grownups alike and brings her love of stories and song into her yoga classes. In her free time Telesa enjoys reading young adult novels, crafting, hiking, and spending time with her husband, two kids, and two crazy dogs.
