Due to an unexpected staff absence, Tuesday Playgroup is canceled for the remainder of March, 2026. I look forward to welcoming families back when the playgroup resumes on April 7.
Our playgroup has grown in such a wonderful way, and it’s been a joy to see so many families connecting at the library. As the group has expanded, it’s become important to make sure the environment continues to support our youngest learners.
Playgroup works best as a calm, small group experience where babies and toddlers can safely explore, build early literacy skills, and engage at their own pace. To provide that high-quality experience, I’ll be making a few updates:
Limit of 6 adults per session
• Sign-up required to reserve your spot
• Drop-ins welcome if space allows
• Designed for ages 0–3
• Priority given to children 3 and under
• Older children may join if space is available
These changes will help ensure the playgroup remains a positive, engaging space for the littlest members of our community. Thank you for your understanding and for being such a valued part of our playgroup community. I can’t wait to see you in April! 💛
